Ciaran Tully emigrated from Dublin in 1990 to pursue a career in photography and has been documenting the streets of New York ever since. He has been an East Village resident for over 30 years. His work contains urban landscape, architecture, street portraiture and abstract street photography.
This shot named East Village was taken in Tompkins Square Park in 2004. The van's spray painted message will uplift anyone's day!
